By booking you are agreeing and accepting all policies and potential fees. Breaking policies can result in loss of deposit or extra fees.
At Inktown Visuals, we aim to provide top-notch services with clear guidelines. Please review our policies before booking:​

Deposits & Payments: All Deposits are 50% excluding modeling inquiries, modeling inquiries must be paid up front. A non-refundable deposit secures your session. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your session.

Rescheduling & Cancellations:

Rescheduling costs $30 and must be requested 2+ hours in advance.

Cancellations require 48+ hours’ notice to transfer your deposit to a future session.

Missed sessions or late cancellations forfeit the deposit.

Lateness: Arriving 20+ minutes late results in a $30 fee. Sessions still end at the scheduled time.

Session Details: Prep time counts as part of your session. Additional time or services must be arranged and paid for in advance.

Photo Deliverables: Raw photos are included in the session fee; edits are extra. All work is completed within 10 days unless notified otherwise.

Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, even if edits are declined.

Behavior: Inappropriate behavior may result in the session ending early without a refund.

Image Rights: Clients can use photos as agreed. Inktown Visuals may use images for promotions unless otherwise specified.

Delays: Unforeseen issues (e.g., weather) may lead to a reschedule at no extra cost.
